ASTRA represents and connects operators in this diverse and organic sector of hosted and non-hosted short term rental accommodation. Our network of industry professionals contributes vital expertise and experience to enable industry innovation and growth, and to support the development of nuanced and flexible policy and regulatory solutions.
ASTRA is committed to working with all levels of government to implement mandatory state-wide and national STRA registration systems, Codes of Conduct for industry hosts and guests, and better compliance and data sharing measures to professionalise the residential STRA sector.
